Realme C100 5G & C100i Unboxed: Massive 7000mAh Battery, 120Hz Display & 50MP Camera Revealed!

Let's talk about the budget smartphone scene for a minute. It's getting pretty crazy. We just managed to get hold of some exclusive unboxing shots of the upcoming Realme C100 5G and C100i. Honestly, looking at the specs printed on the retail boxes, these phones might just give the competition a serious headache. If you hate charging your phone twice a day, you will definitely want to pay attention to what Realme is doing here.
What’s Actually in the Box?

It’s always nice opening a phone box and actually finding stuff inside. While the big flagship brands are cutting corners, Realme is still giving us the full package. You get the fast charging brick, a Type-C cable, and a decent clear TPU case right out of the box. No need to spend extra money on day one just to keep the device safe.
The Real Upgrades: Specs Confirmed

The real magic happens when you flip the C100i box over. The specs listed here confirm some major hardware upgrades:
-
That 7000mAh Titan Battery: Yes, you read that right. 7000mAh. This thing is basically a power bank that makes calls. It should easily last a couple of days even if you use it heavily.
-
120Hz Ultra Smooth Display: Scrolling is going to feel super snappy. It's great to see high refresh rates becoming the standard now across all price brackets.
-
ArmorShell & IP64: Drops and splashes shouldn't be a huge problem. Realme added structural drop protection and basic water resistance, which is always a welcome bonus for a budget-friendly device.
Cameras and Color Options
Zooming in on the back panel of the C100 5G, you can clearly see the "50MP AI Camera" text stamped right next to the lenses. Realme generally does a good job tuning their 50MP sensors, so daylight shots should be perfectly fine for your social media feeds.
Color-wise, the unboxing photos show off a textured light blue and a really nice soft pink finish. If flashy colors aren't your thing, the official press renders also reveal a classic, matte dark grey option. It is worth noting that the front has a standard waterdrop notch, but the screen bezels look fairly thin.
TecHoper's Take
We analyze dozens of smartphones every month here at TecHoper, but seeing a mainstream brand push the battery limit this far is rare. Packing a 7000mAh cell, a 120Hz screen, and a 50MP shooter into a durable body makes this a very interesting release. While the waterdrop notch might feel a bit old-school, the real-world utility is solid. If Realme prices the C100 and C100i aggressively, they have a real winner on their hands. Keep an eye out for our full review and battery drain test soon!
